  2. I, Tholeti Chandra Shekhar, Retired Upper Division Clerk of All India Radio, Visakhapatnam, joined the farewell party celebration of Shri M Balaramu, Halwai on 31.05.2017. Though I expressed my greetings on the day, it is of immense pleasure to once more express my feelings. Mr. Balaramu, was a long time colleague of mine since 1987 till 29.02.2016, the day I retired. Having a smiling face always, he was our bread-giver in literal meaning, at least in our office. We enjoyed many of his preparations. He was very close to everyone by knowing each one's eating habits and used to serve them with their respective liking and always with an added smile. A true 'Annadata' 'अन्नदाता'. Hence I closed my speech on the quote 'अन्नदाता सुखी भव'.
